Fredman & Fredman, P.C. was founded in 1972 by Richard A. Fredman and Mark S, Fredman.
Mark and Richard, are first cousins who attended law school around the same time. Mark and Richard were interested in practicing similar types of law. They decided to go into law practice together and founded Fredman & Fredman, P.C. In January, 2000 as a law student, Heather Highland joined their firm. Heather became a licensed attorney in September, 2002. Heather has continued to grow her legal experience and has gone on to become a Municipal Court Judge in Velda City and Flordell Hills, Missouri.
